Ok so I'm pretty anti-Conservative. Stephen Harper creeps the fuck out of me usually, with his weird helmet hair and ice-chip eyes. I think the only time previous to this that I've seen him smiling is when he's been slagging off the Liberals or the Bloc. I think he has zero sense of humour and is a lot more like Stalin than most Canadians would like in their Prime Minister.
However, having said all that, I have to give him props for this.
"I get high with a little help from my friends"... classic!
